This just brought a smile to my face, so I had to share.
I got Chloe all dressed up with a cute little dress and these adorable little booties.
She looked absolutely adorable.
Then I got Sayd all dressed up. We were on our way to story time.
Also looking adorable.
Then, she went in her room, grabbed her cow'girl' boots (these are not to be confused with cow'boy' boots, which are OBVIOUSLY for boys) and said, "Let's go, I'm ready."
As I looked at the two of them, I realized...
I better take advantage of this short time when I still have a say!
I know plenty of women who fight their children each day so they are dressed to perfection, but I personally choose NOT to have that battle.
Saydee is an INDIVIDUAL, and if I forget that for a moment... she is happy to remind me!
