Here are some things Chloe is doing:
1. She sits well.
2. She can grab things out of reach and return to sitting position.
3. She says, "hi, dad. Dadda. Da-da-da," etc. (At first I felt that this reflected bad mothering on my part, but don't worry, I turned lemons into lemonade by commending myself with the realization that it only means I tell her to say, "hi dad" everytime he walks in the room... which I do).
4. She LOVES food.
5. She opens and closes her hand rapidly and sometimes yells for things out of reach that she really wants.
-She also does that when she is eating REAL food and wants it to keep-a-comin.
6. She gets on all fours and attempts to crawl, but her arms start quivering and give in and she goes into flying position and gets really mad.
7. Though she doesn't in fact crawl, you will find her in all areas of a room wherever you did NOT leave her, because she scoots and backwards scoots and rolls all around. After blowdrying my hair, I found her upper half under Sayd's bed and her legs going wild outside the bed. Scary and funny all at the same time.
8. She LOVES yogurt and cottage cheese, which I feel since I am STILL breastfeeding, I am ok to give her that much dairy, since she isn't taking in any formula.
9. She loves to see Sayd even though she gets a little fearful whenever she gets close... lets scratch fearful and use anticipant... she kind of braces herself by closing her eyes and lifting her shoulders.
10. She cries when Sayd goes to school or to a friends.
11. She cries when I walk past her and don't pick her up.
12. She shares her food with... Anyone who is near her. Puts it right up to their mouth.
13. She really likes animals and other babies.
14. She FINALLY got the pincer grasp down. (Whew!)
15. She wants to do WHATEVER Saydee is doing.
16. Teething! (Notice the two teeth above). Lots more on the way.
17. She is still ALWAYS happy. I really don't know a happier person in my life.
18. She always kicks her right leg rapidly when she's excited.
19. She touches people's faces and kindof caresses the one's whom she likes a lot.
20. She laughs histerically when tickled, flying, jumping, etc... and it's a very contagious laughter.

I OPENLY roll my eyes at people who tell me their babies have been sleeping through the night since they were 2 months or something crazy. It seems like me and you are the only crazy moms with crazy babies who don't sleep through the night :) Good news - Evie is doing MUCH better! I'm loving it. I love Sssss story about Sayd. Morton moms make the cutest babies huh :)
she is so adorable! both my kids did the all the daddy words too, but i know it is because we say it everytime they are around:) i HATE people with sleeping children! i hope for them to have terrible nights! i cant help it, i went 3yrs waking up every 2hrs. especially crappy people that dont deserve it lol.
Shell she is absolutely beautiful. I don't think I've seen a picture of her forever so I can't believe how BIG she is. I love Sayds attitude!
