More Saydee-isms

Lately Sayd has been having some off the wall arguments. The other day Mike made eggs for breakfast and, when served, she said, "Dad! I wanted blue eggs!" She went into histeria... "I wanted blue! You should have known that!" She had never mentioned blue that day... or any other day. We have (almost a year ago on St. Patrick's Day) made GREEN eggs, however... this idea was out there. REALLY out there! Today, we were leaving Grandma's house, granted she was tired, all excuses aside... she started flipping out in the car. When I finally got her to answer, she said she was very frightened by Birdzilla's (grandma's chicken) claws. A few minutes later, she piped up, "I really wanted a cupcake before we left and you should've 'knowed' that." A few more minutes go by and her movie was over in the car, so Mike restarted it..., "I didn't want you to do that! I was waiting all day for that part!" So, back to reality... we close the movie, turn on some music. Ahhhh... Silence from the back seat for an entire song! When it was over she said, "Boy! That sure cheered me up!" She is sooo into Jimmy Eat World. Good thing I love em. Anyway, crazy tantrums, for sure... but I still love the things that come outta that girl's mouth!
