for mother's day i went around to all the kids in my nursery class for church and took their pictures. they were so darling. some were shy, some were grumpy, some were sweet and excited, some were napping, some were bathing... it was so fun. this is my sweet little chloe and the pictures we used for her project on sunday. i hope the mothers will cherish their child's cute little face the way i will forever cherish chloe's.
here is the poem i wrote to paste on the back:
-------------------
kisses on scraped knees.
picking flowers and running from bees.
mastering the right amounts of peanut butter versus jelly.
washing my favorite blankie though it will forever be smelly.
showing me love even when i've been naughty.
oh the ups and downs of me learning potty!
never forget the first time i said, "MOM..."
to me what was witty, was to you a song.
i'm growing every day, as i know you can see,
but as long as i live, my
MOMMY
you'll be.
